• Minimum 2 night stay is required
• Advance booking advised.
• Full payment in advance is required to secure confirmed bookings.
• Extra 10% may be charged for holidays

Cancellation

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing or by email. The charges based on total charges would be as follows: -

• 61 days or more prior to arrival date: 25%
• 16 to 60 days prior to arrival date :   40% 
• Less than 15 days prior to arrival date: 50%

All cancellations and reservation date changes are subject to a charge equal to the first night stay regardless of date of cancellation or change. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
