Cancellation

Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing or by email. The charges would be as follows: -

• 61 days or more prior to arrival date: 25%
• 16 to 60 days prior to arrival date :   50% 
• Less than 15 days prior to arrival date: no refund

All cancellations and reservation date changes are subject to a charge equal to the first night stay regardless of date of cancellation or change. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
